There was a slight miscommunication between myself and their estimator. Mike called me and offered a fair and reasonable solution. 5 or 6 years ago, my wife had come home from lunch and noticed Mike putting a flyer on the front door. She spoke to him and found that he does upholstery work. Our pontoon was needing to have all the seats recovered, so he walked down to the lake with her to give her a bid. We called him a few days later and made arrangements to have him pick up the boat and not only recover the seats, but make individual covers for the seats and console. Brought the boat back.
